How can I create an SM Ticketmaster account?

How will I get my ticket?
Tickets for this tour will be mobile-only. You can access your tickets via mobile web browser at ticketmaster.ph
Log into your Ticketmaster account and update your password if needed!
Get in early and ensure all your SM Ticketmaster account details are up to date – your password and your phone number.
SM Ticketmaster will regularly ask you to update your password to ensure the security of your account – you don’t want to get stuck having to change your password while the ticket timer is counting down during the purchase process as you can risk losing your selected tickets.

ADMISSION POLICY
TICKET PURCHASE GUIDELINES
FOR STANDING SECTION
- Standing section is open to ages 10 and up. Minors (10-17 years old) must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult in the same section (2 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio).
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their kids’ safety at all times.
- Minors without accompanying parent or guardian are allowed in the standing section provided they secure a waiver prior to entry.
- Pregnant women and patrons with medical condition/s are NOT allowed in the standing section for safety purposes.
FOR SEATED SECTIONS
- Seated sections are open to ages 8 and up. Minors (8-17 years old) must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult in the same section (4 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio).
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their kids’ safety at all times.
- Minors without accompanying parent or guardian are allowed in the seated section provided they secure a waiver prior to entry.
- For precautionary measures, pregnant women and patrons with medical condition/s are encouraged to register at the designated table upon entry.
The promoter reserves the right to transfer/relocate the PWDs to appropriate section for safety reasons.
