How to Create an Account?

Following the exciting announcement of SM Tickets and Ticketmaster joining forces to launch SM Ticketmaster, all existing SM Tickets account holders will need to create a new account on the new SM Ticketmaster platform here.

To create an account, follow these steps:

1. Click or tap Sign In/Register.

2. Input your Email Address then click Continue.

3. Input your preferred Password, First Name, Last Name, Country of Residence, and Zip/Postal Code*.

4. Select“Hear about what’s coming up”if you want to receive news and offers. (Optional)

5. Select “I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the current Terms of Use, and understand that information will be used as described in our Privacy Policy.” then click Next.

6. Click Verify Email, input the code you received from @email.ticketmaster.com then click Confirm.

7. Click Add My Phone, input the code you received from SMS then click Add Number.

8. Once both are verified, click Done.

Your account will be fully created once your phone number and email address are verified.

Access and manage your bookings in one place
View your upcoming events
Enjoy a smoother ticketing experience on the new platform
Receive the latest on sale information and announcements when you opt in to marketing communications
